Canicross is a team activity where a dog and human run together. The runner and the dog wear specialized harnesses for pulling. It is a team building activity that anyone and any dog can participate in!
Obstacle Races:
There are many obstacle race around the USA where you can find others that want to compete. While these races are timed they usaully have a fun run. These events are super friendly to all! Whether you decide to walk the whole thing, walk and jog some, or run the whole thing, these events are fun for everyone!
OneWorld is a great event that takes place twice a year in Alabama. We ran it for the first time in the spring of 2026.
